I am using WooCommerce Subscriptions and All Products For Woocommerce Subscription extensions.

I need to be able to create a system that I can create a 3 month subscription order via the backend, send the customer the order details from the backend, they make the initial payment. Then, when the first month passes, the customer must NOT be able to be automatically charged for the next month. The sales agents need to get alerted prior to the new month to be able to update the rate and then send the order to the customer to pay, every month.

So it’s alot of manual work for the sales team, but it will appear automatic for the customer.

What settings do i need to set, and extensions to use to make sure the customers don’t get charged, and not able to make the payment without getting the new order email from woocommerce that the sales team has updated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there @digital2019,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Just wanted to inform you that in this forum, we only provide support for the WooCommerce core plugin, but we do have an internal system where our Happiness Engineers address any issues or concerns related to our premium extensions.

In that case, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.

    Thanks for your understanding.
