Automated Direct Bank Transfer

Hello. We would like to pay our vendors via direct deposit but the only approved automatic disbursement options are auto-payment gateways. Has anyone built an interface such that vendor withdrawal request for direct bank transfer (i.e. ACH) get sent to a 3rd party app such as quickbooks and/or bill.com? We use quickbooks to pay our vendors and they set-up their bank information theselves there. We want the vendor withdrawal request (Bank Transfer) to create a direct deposit ACH payment to the vendor in quickbooks billpay automatically with a system-to-system interface.

If nobody has built one, is anyone interested in building a WooCommerce WCFM to Quickbooks interface for vendor Bank Transfer payments?
