Hi @samueljroys,
Happy to help you!
To set a defined amount for your form, you need to navigate to Donations > All Forms > Select the form you want to edit.
After that, click on Donation Options and define the custom amount to Disabled. It will let you create multiple levels of donations. In your case, you can keep only one of them and delete the others. On this level, type the amount you want to show in the donation form.
That’s it! 🙂

That is how I currently have the form setup. I don’t have custom amount enabled and there is only one option for 14.97. The form though is autofilled for 15 even. You can see the form at https://wisdomfromjames.org/live.
Hey @samueljroys,
Oh, I see. This is happening because the new multi-step donation form does not allow decimal numbers on the donation field. I’ve already reported this to the product development team, so they can work to integrate this feature on the new multi-step donation form.
On the other hand, if you need to use decimal numbers, you can use the legacy donation form. This legacy mode allows you to use decimal numbers, which you can set up under Donations > Settings > General > Currency.
Hope it clarifies and gives you the rails to have decimal numbers on your site (while we work on the multi-step donation form to enable it).
Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!
That explains it. Do you have any idea when the decimal numbers will work on the multi-step forms?
Hi @samueljroys,
Although we still didn’t have a timeline for that, it’s certainly on our radar.
