Autofill Causing Problems

    HI, we have been using Forminator for a while now and really love it. However, we have just come across what we think is a bug. We have created a pretty standard form and one of the fields is an email address field and is set to required. In the behaviour part of the form, we have set Autofill to on, set it to Email and Editable to No. When logged in users submit the form, everything is fine (the Email field is pre-populated with theie email address). If a non-logged completes the form and a valid email address and clicks send, a validation error occurs asking the user to enter their email address. I just wondered if you were aware of this?

    Hi @greenyboy28,

    Unfortunately, this is a known bug and our team is already working on a fix regarding this. You’ll have the enable the option to edit to get the from working.

    At the moment there isn’t any exact ETA we could provide regarding the status of the fix, but hoping it would be soon.

    Hi Nithin, many thanks for getting back to me, much appreciated. Glad to hear you guys know about it and we did discover that enabling edit did fix the issue.
