Auto update is not working.

    Hello

    We have setup auto update to 12h hours interval. But somehow it is not updating every 12 hours. Can you review and able to provide any solution.

    Thanks for reaching us.

    To solve the auto update issue, please, go to CTX Feed > Status > Find WP-Cron and check if the status is “YES”. If not, please, enable WP-Cron and follow the below steps –

    1. Disable the feeds auto update button and then Edit and regenerate the feed
    2. Then again, enable the feeds auto update button and edit and regenerate the feed.
    3. Then wait until the next auto update interval and check if the feeds are auto updating.
