auto security update breaking woocommerce checkout

    The latest security auto update is breaking 3 of our websites checkout pages and even though I have turned off core and other auto updates it continues to overwrite our files and keeps breaking our checkout pages. We cannot have a broken website running until we can have our developers fix the issue (it’s causing a critical issue and stops the checkout page from running). We don’t sell anything or take payment information on our woo websites so payment security is not an issue but need to stop woo from continuing to overwrite our files every 4 hours today (and probably ongoing)!

    What can we do to stop them from being overwritten until we fix the issues?

    Hi @tripro,

    This was a one-off patch due to the serious security vulnerability. Most likely, your theme and/or your plugins need to be updated to be fully compatible with WooCommerce’s latest version. As a first step, I recommend performing a full conflict test to see if it resolves the issue: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
