    @ruward56 – We do not have an automated process to scan a folder for new images but you may be able to trace back along our manual button to do so. You will find the button under Gallery > Manage Galleries … edit any existing gallery to see the “Scan Folder for new images” button.

    This process starts in: ../wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/admin/manage-images.php
