    Hi,

    I am trying to use the free version of the plugin on a test basis. It’s a wonderful plugin. Thanks for such a great plugin.

    As I am placing test orders myself to see if it is okay. Everything was fine until today. The issue I am facing as I have created a new page “My Orders” and used the short code “[woocommerce_order_tracking]” to allow my customers to check their order details.

    After inputting Order number in the Order ID field and Email in the Billing email field when I click the Track Button all the details of the order loads perfectly, but it loads only for half a second then it just AUTOREFRESHES/ RELOADS THE PAGE and the Order Details are gone and it does it every time I click the Track button.

    I did not know where the problem was as I am neither a developer nor a programmer. Just trying to create my own ecommerce site by learning myself slowly.

    So, I started Deactivating the plugins one at a time to test which plugin is causing the issue. When I Deactivated this plugin the problem is gone. The page is not auto refreshing and I can seethe order details.

    At the end of the URL of the page there is “*******.com/my-orders/?refreshed=true”. But I do not have this “/?refreshed=true” on any other page. And when I deactivated this plugin, this “/?refreshed=true” is gone as well. And the page works perfectly.

    Then I activated the plugin again and the problem of auto refresh or reload came back.

    I need the plugin to split orders but I also need to let my customer check their order details.

    So, can you advise me how I can fix this auto refresh/reload this page and allow my customer to check order status by using this woocommerce short code in a page?

    You can access the page from My orders in the Menu or from Account.
    I have not setup payment method yet. So, you can place a test order By Selecting Cash on delivery and use the Order ID and Email address to check the problem in the My Orders page.

    @shaheed013 we have fixed it and releasing version 3.8.8 soon, please try that let us know if it works for you.
