Auto Migration not complete….

    I just tried the auto-migration and it transfers everything over except for the actual site for some reason… I clone/transferred from one domain to another and the new theme is there but nothing I actually customized is there. It is just the default theme with very little of my actual content on it.

    Any idea why? This migration has been a nightmare and person I paid to help with this goes MIA for days at a time and we need this done as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Here are some suggestions:

    1. Install a fresh WordPress installation on the target site then run the migration again.

    2. Make sure that the source site and the target site have the same PHP environment or at least the PHP versions are not much different.

    3. Temporarily deactivate cache plugins and firewall plugins on the source site, then run the migration again.

    If the problem persists, we’ll need to know your themes or plugins information to offer further suggestions. Because some themes or page builders (for example, Oxygen) have their own migration methods, once the migration is complete, their data need to be regenerated. See how do I migrate Oxygen
