Auto-compilance fields, conditional fields and Error messages

I have some problems with cf7:
1. at this page(https://work.cartaedilizia.it/info-e-appuntamenti/) I setted auto-compilance on first field based on provenience link(for exemple from cta on page https://work.cartaedilizia.it/servizi/sopralluoghi-rilievi-cantiere/). The second field(on same row) is a conditional field based on first field selection. But if the first field is precompilated the conditional one doesn’t appear.
2. error message: in case of error the same error message appear. (“One or more fields have errors. Please check and try again.”). This happen in every case: privacy term not accepted, required field not compilated, etc and I can’t understand why if there are a lot of different messages.
3.I recived message on my gmail sometimes in “incoming mail” and sometimes in “promotions”(I setted the corporate email on “from:”)

I may be able to help with #2 and #3, but #1 sounds like you are using another plugin, and so that would be a question for that plugin’s support forum.

Could you post a link to screenshots of your FORM and MAIL configurations in the CF7 dashboard?

Thanks. Re #2, in Oggetto you use the mail-tag [/settore] which does not exist. You should remove or modify this. Does this help?

Re #3, have you tried setting a filter in gmail (anything from info@work.cartaedilizia.it or info@work.cartaedilizia.it should be filtered to X folder)

#2 this is the only way I’ve found to get the correct information from conditional field in the email subject sent by the form, and it works! the problem is the error messages that appears by filling out the form! whatever the compilation error is, when I try to send the message the same generic message always appears. What have the email settings got to do with this?

#3 Thanks. clear that so it resolves, but from what I knew it is recommended to change the sending email with a verified email to avoid spam. I did this, I set the company e-mail, and now the e-mails end up in “promoctions”… I was wondering if I had done something wrong.

I’ve seen this asked many times, but unless there is sensitive information (as viewed by the moderators, such as passwords or email addresses), then the answer is always something like: “Sorry, but no. Search engine hits are minor on these forums”. Users can modify their posts for 1 hour after posting, then it’s only possibly by the moderators.
