authors with photos

I’ve been trying to obtain an authors list similar to the list at:
http://www.bloodhoundrealty.com/BloodhoundBlog/

I’ve been trying but can’t seem to get it right.

I need it to show an image, info for the user, and be randomized between all authors.

any help would be much appreciated.
