"Authorize Your Instagram Application" not working

I followed these steps.

1. Visit http://instagram.com/developer/ and log in (click “login” in the upper-righthand corner)
2. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your Edit Profile page. Make any changes you’d like, and then click on the API link in the footer of the page. This will return you to the Developer homepage.
3. Click the “Register Your Application” button.
4. Click “Register a New Client” in the upper-righthand corner.
5. On this page, enter the following information into the form:
Application Name: The name of your application. Choose something that is easy to remember and relates to your website in a meaningful way.
Description: Describe your application and its functionality.
Website: The URL of this website ( http://www.thekimberleyb.com )
OAuth redirect_uri: Use the following URL:

Click the “Register” button. On the resulting page, take note of the Client ID and Client Secret values for the next step.

and added at step 2 my app ID and app secret. But nothing is showing up at Step 3. What am I doing wrong? I use the Fashionistas theme.
