Author with date plugin

    Hey,
    I’d like to end every page on my site with an Author box, like on this page:
    http://casinoval.se/review/casinoroom/
    I can do this manually and update it every time I do something on the page, but I was wondering if there is an easier way?

    Is there a plugin that can update the author of a specific page automatically, with a new date every time the page is updated?

    This would be a huge time saver for me…
