Author receiving notification to moderate comments

Hi there

I am the administrator for http://www.policynote.ca.

One of the authors is receiving notifications to moderate comments on his posts. This is new: it has always been only the admins who get these notifications. I have looked everywhere I can think of — his user settings, roles and capabilities, discussion settings…

Any ideas of why this is happening/how to stop him or other authors from getting these notifications?
