author profile nothing found

    Hi
    I am administrator in wordpress and also courses teacher.
    I have edited my profile in user profile section.
    in sensei lms setting, course and lesseon section, display author is activated.
    but when a user click on teacher name, it shows “nothing found”.

    I see no other option to fill in teacher profile.
    what is that problem?

    Hi @asadpoor,

    Sorry for the late reply here.

    I noticed that your site’s course archive page at https://rayka-co.com/courses/ doesn’t display the link to the course author’s profile either.

    I suspect that something in your theme or plugin may be overriding the visibility of the course author’s profile.

    Would you try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again? If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
