Author Name Not Showing

My author name is not showing on the by line in blog posts. I’ve tried disabling all plugins and using my current theme and my default theme and the same issue is still there. I’ve also made sure that show author name is set to yes under blog settings. Additionally, I’ve attempted changing my permalink structure to every option possible, none seem to fix the problem…. 🙁

Any ideas?
