    Hi there,

The author name and url are saved as the custom fields so those can be found in the custom fields section of your post editor. If they are not showing then the custom fields must be inactive or hidden in your post editor section which can be enabled or shown by clicking on the top right screen option and checking the custom fields. The meta key of the custom fields are

    ap_author_name for author name
    ap_author_email for author email
    ap_author_url for author url

And regarding the assigned user, you might have enabled “Check Login” feature which will check if users are logged in or not before posting the form which will assign the post to logged in user.If you want to disable this feature, then you will need to disable the “Check Login” option and post will be automatically assigned to the author that you have selected in the general settings.

    Thanks.

    Hi thanks!

Will have a look at it later.

Regarding the assigned user, this only happend when I was logged in as admin. If I log out, the post is assigned to the correct user.

    Hi there,

Thats the actual procedure of the plugin.Whenever any user is logged in and submits the posts , then the post will be automatically assigned to that author and whenever the post is submitted anonymously then that author will be assigned which has been assigned in the General settings “Assign Author” options.

    Thanks.
