    Hi @richxl,

    Do you have any recaptcha plugins installed?
    E.g. reCaptcha by BestWebSoft? Please try to disable this plugin and see if it helps.

    Hi, I also have this same issue. As you said i have deactivated the captcha plugin and then it works fine.
    But how about security? Please give a solution
