I’m having issues with authenticating my Pardot account. Account information is correct. I can successfully connect after the first time I enter my credentials. but it does not give me the option to choose a campaign, and when I navigate away, I am unable to get back to the plugin settings. It just loads for several minutes and times out.

Any thoughts on why this could be happening? I disabled page caching and still having the same issue.

    Hey @ntanis96,

Are you running the latest version of the plugin?

Thanks. Do you have access to error logs? There are a couple of things that could be happening, and any errors would help narrow it down.

I’m getting the same issue. It also changes the API back to 3 even though I set it to 4. I’m checking to see if I can get the logs from my host provider.

Edit: I have a log file, how would I get it to you

Having the same exact issue. Tried everything combination possible to get authenticated but not seeing any campaigns and while I get an authentication success message initially, if I navigate away and then navigate back to pardot settings my credentials aren’t there. I’ve also got an error log and would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

FYI. Salesforce support got back to me. They said since we are on a Growth account API is not available for that level. But we have several connections, Linked In, YouTube, and Facebook. Those connections are more than likely using some sort of API. I’ll question them tomorrow.

We’re on Growth as well. Thanks for checking back in!

@kschuler Thank you for following up and helping @mattb22 as well!

You’re right that the social connections in your Pardot account are using APIs, but those are the APIs of those social networks. This plugin utilizes the Pardot API to authenticate and pull down campaigns, forms, and dynamic content.

Note that you can still fully integrate all of these things into your WordPress website, but not by way of this plugin.
