Attributing a deleted user’s content to another user

On one of my WordPress websites I have multiple users. Some time ago I deleted one of them (let’s call this user 1). During this process I opted to attribute all that users’ content to another user (let’s call this user 2). The actual text displayed by wordPress says “all content.”

I found out only a day or two ago that a comment made by user 1 was still existing and showing to be by user 1, not user 2. All user 1’s posts have sucessfully been attributed to user 2, but not this comment. There may be more comments left by user 1.

I was under the impression “all content” would include comments. Can I get confirmation this is or is not the case?
