First of all I want to thank for the fantastic plugin developed.

I would like to thank you for all possible help.

I have products that are sold with lots of variations for each. In some cases 90 variations. As a way to have fewer variations, in cases where the variations has the same price, I put the attribute with “any answer”…like any color, any size, etc.

Unfortunately, in these cases, the customer list made by your plugin show only the varation answer and ignore the others.

I need the list to show the complete response given by the customer.

Is it possible to resolve this issue?

Now I can see the attributes, but the variations say “any”.

strange, I just tried with your settings and had no issues:

Are you using the latest version of woocommerce and the latest version of my plugin?

If so, can you try deactivating all other plugins and trying again?

My woocommerce version is the 2.6.11
I deactivate all the other plugins, and make a new order, but the problem persists.

Do you think the problem is the woocommerce version?

Hi @boreas04,

my latest update only works with the latest version of WooCommerce, as I am no longer supporting previous versions. Are you able to update to the latest version?

It´s solved the problem! 😀
I don´t want to update the woocommerce version, but I had no other choice!

To be perfect, it´s possible to make a cell to each variation?
So I could organize the results according to the variation.

Mmmm, that may be complicated but I’ll look into it. I’m currently working on other features for other users but I can try doing it after. Would you mind putting this thread as resolved and opening a seperate thread for your request?
