• I have created pages to show the attribute products. When I include the AJAX products filter plugin it shows in those pages more produts from other attributes.

I explain with the real example:

    – If you enter this url: http://moamoa.es/productos-cosmetica-natural-de/marca/dr-bronners/ you should see the products of the attribute “marca” with value “dr.Bronners”. It is ok.
    – When I put the AJAX product filter widget in the shop sidebar, if you go to the link above, you see first the products of attribute “marca” with value “dr.Bronners”. But the results are paginated. If you go to the third page, you find that all products are showed, and not only the products with attribute “marca” as “dr.bronners”.

Something is wrong then. How can I solved it? I have the widget in the shop sidebar allowing you to reproduce the problem.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Did you use WooCommerce shortcodes or default WooCommerce category pages?

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Default attribute and category pages.

By default WooCommerce didn’t have pages for attributes.
Free version of plugin works only on default WooCommerce tag and category pages.

    Regards,
    Oleg

In settings-> Permalinks you can configure the url for the attribute page, and then you can access to the attribute page using this url. This is a default woocommerce possibility. And the plugin works wrongly in this kind of page. Even this is fixed in pro version, I understand the free version should be bug free.

Could you confirm me the pro version solves this problem?

    Thanks a lot

I think in pro version this is also didn’t work.

Please provide more information how did You set up pages for attributes, and we will try to fix this issue.

    Regards,
    Oleg

I tried to explain it properly:

    – In WP dashboard -> settings -> Permanent links, there are options to configure the url of the attribute page. This field is called
    “product attribute base”. https://docs.woothemes.com/document/permalinks/

    – I have configured this option as: productos-cosmetica-natural-de/[attribute-name]/[attribute]

    – I have created an attribute called “marca” (in english “marca” means “trademark”).

    – I have created different values for this attribute (the different trademarks): dr-bronners, madara, matarrania, lulu-and-boo…

    – I have created different products with the attribute “marca” with different values.

    With that is enough.

Now, if I write in the browser, for example, the url http://moamoa.es/productos-cosmetica-natural-de/marca/lulu-and-boo I see the products with the attribute “marca”
with the value “Lulu & Boo”. If I write the url http://moamoa.es/productos-cosmetica-natural-de/marca/matarrania I see the products with the attribute “marca”with the value “matarrania”.

If you see for example in http://moamoa.es/productos-cosmetica-natural-de/marca/lulu-and-boo, you can see that if you go to page 2, all the trademarks are shown. If you remove the AJAX filter widget the pagination works ok.

If you need even more details, Im happy to contribute. Thanks a lot.

    Thanks for Your reply.
We will try to fix this as soon as possible.

Paid version of plugin works on attribute page, but didn’t have options to display widgets only on this page.

    Regards,
    Oleg
