Attributes not adding

    Hi all, I’m having issues that when clicking “Create attribute rule” and then saving a new rule – the page refreshes. The new attribute however doesn’t appear on the manage attributes page. Anyone have any thoughts?

    I have a number of attributes I’ve created in the past, but can’t seem to create a new one successfully.

    Have you tried doing this from another browser to check if the issue persists?

    Do you have any caching plugins on your website?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
