“Attributes” disappeared from administration

the administrator gave me admin powers for this site : http://www.sentinelles-de-la-republique.com/
i’ve got a problem in blog’s administration panel

here is a screenshot, on the left side, admin page for site articles, on the right side, admin page for site pages => http://www.sentinelles-de-la-republique.com/temp/Capture-1.png

you can see that :
– for [u]pages[/u] of the site, it’s [b]possible[/b] to access to a widget (?) named “attributs” (attributes) where i can choose a page model named “no-sidebar” (example here online : http://www.sentinelles-de-la-republique.com/approfondir/)
– for [u]articles[/u] of the site, it’s [b]impossible[/b] to access to this widget (?) “attributs” (attributes), so that i can’t choose to publicate my articles with “no-sidebar” model (example here online : http://www.sentinelles-de-la-republique.com/la-concentration-des-medias-nest-pas-democratique/)

this widget (?) “attributs” where presents some weeks before, and i can’t tell what ex-admin did that we lost it. i need it to terminate my site, i hope you’ll can help me.
i just can say that i put the extensions (plugins) by myself, after this trouble
