Attributes and discarded table data not deleting

    Installed WooC last week and built a small product catalog and assigned attributes and variations. Subsequently learned 2.1 is not compatible with my theme so I uninstalled WooC and reinstalled the prior WooC to use the prior WooC version until my theme is updated with 2.1.

    After reinstalling the prior version of WooC I discover that all of the attributes I deleted last week prior to deactivating and uninstalling the 2.1 WooC are still residing in the sql Table and at least one custom field is still showing up on the front-end of the Billing Details page.

    Is there a way to clean up the tables to remove all incident of the prior 2.1 WooC without having to begin anew?
