Attendee Form

I’ve enabled the attendee form and I’v left the default title and name fields. When I fill out my form and select more than 1 ticket there is only 1 attendee field. How do I get multiple attendee forms to populate based on the number of tickets I’ve selected?
Currently, when I select 3 tickets I receive and hit submit there is an error stating attendee 2 and 3 were not filled in, but the fields are not visible on the page.

@duisterdenhaag have you been able to fill out the form and select more than 1 attendee? If you select ‘3’ do you have the functionality to enter all 3 names?
