    I’ve gotten a couple of complaints from event organizers that the calendar icon contains the date of July 17 and it is confusing to attendees.

    Is there a way to swap out the calendar icon on the attendee confirmation email? I know you can technically do it in the configure email settings, but replacing the image breaks all of the email formatting. Editing the text in the email content in the WYSIWYG also breaks formatting. I have looked for the correct email template to edit but cant locate where the icon is being populated from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @mattyice808,

    I completely understand, thanks for your query.

    If you would like to remove or update that icon, you can do so by editing the template files directly. This will allow you to make the change without breaking the formatting in the WYSIWYG editor. You can find the relevant code in these file paths:

    • For the Attendee template: wp-event-solution\templates\emails\attendee-order-email-template.php
    • For the Purchaser template: wp-event-solution\templates\emails\admin-order-email-template.php

    Once you have located those files, you can either remove the icon entirely or update it with a generic SVG icon of your choice. You can see the specific area to modify here: https://prnt.sc/dTazpBYZYBnK.
