    last Friday 9/11 a user registered with an administrator profile.
    the registered user id is: # 3: t2trollherten.
    there was no name and the mail was trollherten@mail.com.
    how is this possible? what could be the error in the program that lets in an unauthorized user to administer the site?

    You were using (or are still using) an vulnerable version of a GDPR plugin. Update that plugin immediately if it’s not current.

    Then…

    Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.
