Attachment not sent to email

    I’m using hostgator windows shared hosting having PHP 5.3.25 and IIS 7.5.
    The contact form is uploading the file to the server, which I can see via FTP. But neither that attachment is sent through email nor the uploaded file is getting deleted from server. Please let me know how to rectify the issue?
