Attach a Variable as an Attachment

I’m looking to attach a PDF to the response email based on a Variable.
Desired Outcome:
1 Form with Variable as attachment5+ Pages the 1 Form on it and upon submitting they would receive the attachment based on the variable.
If anyone knows how to do this I’d appreciate their input.
Unable to use:
http://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/Due to requiring multiple forms if I used that method.
