Hi, My website hobbytrade.com shows error when there is an update in plugins,

Fatal error: Access level to Porto_Elementor_Section::get_html_tag() must be protected (as in class Elementor\Element_Section) or weaker in /home/customer/www/hobbyetrade.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/elementor/elements/porto_section.php on line 340
There has been a critical error on this website.

Can anyone help please

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.0.9 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hi,Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.

WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

Hi elementor team, How can i log in to my.elementor.com. I just got hand over of this site, and doesnt know how to login there. should I make a new account and request from that one
