Astra theme(brandstore) can’t import | WordPress.org

Hi there, i try for hours to import astra theme but nothing, the import begin and after some seconds stops with this message “import theme failed interrupted astra”. Can someone tell me what maybe the problem is it?

Updates can fail for a large number of reasons and it is often hard to diagnose the failure due to specific configurations present on each server running the update.

Honestly there’s no good way to track down why a partial update occurred, we can only recommend what to do if one does occur.

Try manually installing. See https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-themes/#adding-new-themes-manually-ftp

i tried it but i receive the same result.the import failed, import proccess interupted.
