ASTRA not working

    Hi,

    I’m building a new website, I am used to Astra and Starter Templates for a long time already and it seems like I can’t make it work this time.

    For some reason everytime I try to upload a plugin the only way to do it is by inserting the zip file of it and now this message appears when I try to access ASTRA OPTIONS or STARTER TEMPLATES ”It is not possible to load starter-templates.” or ”It is not possible to load astra”

    Can you please help me?

    Hi @franciscodmaia,

    I know it sounds silly, but just in case. Have you tried reinstalling both the Astra theme and the Starter Template plugin? You might want to use the plugin mentioned in this doc for ease.

    Also, what if you try installing another theme and plugin, do you have a similar error message?
