    This app has had so many issues integrating with my woo. It constantly tells me it cannot find my orders and when I try and add tracking to send to my customers it tells me it cannot then I retry several times then I just get frustrated and dismiss changes only to find it has got the tracking number but has it set to private even though I told it to share info with customers. So yeah. Aaaaaarrrrrgggghhhh!

    Hi, I think you’re confusing our plugin with your shipment tracking plugin (AST), TrackShip does not have the functionality to add tracking info to orders, we get the tracking info that you add with the shipment tracking plugin when you fulfill (ship) your orders

    we can not force user to reply and actually user is not obliged to reply, so its bad idea to press them.

    Since you ignore the fact that this review is for a different plugin and not about our plugin, and you do not remove it, we will continue trying to ask the user to reply.
