Assistance please: Non Plugin Contact Form

    Hello all,
    I am attempting to add a bunch of custom landing pages to an existing WordPress site. I do not know much about WordPress but I am a Web Developer. I want a simple contact form that is not a plugin. Everything I try I cannot get the form to process. I do not have a lot of time to learn everything there is to know about WordPress. I have a simple 4 element contact form to process. Does anyone know what to do.
