Assign meal plan

Looking for solution to assigning specific items from a list to individuals in a group. i.e assigning items on grocery list to different boy scout members to bring to campout.
I would like to post a list on the scout website and the scouts sign in and put their name next to an item. Then the whole troop could see who signed up for which item.

Any thoughts on a plugin that will accomplish this?
