Assign documents to Group

Nice plugin, I was wondering if it’s possible to assign documents not directly to a single User but to a User Group.
What I need is a system that:
– protects files from unauthorized users (OK)
– has users organized in groups (OK)
– allows to assign documents to groups (only users in that group can view the document)Any suggestion?
