I cannot load assets under Asset Optimizations. I have tried to clear cache, visit the home page of my site and re-checked assets several times but it does not work. What can I do?

Hi @danielleschill

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you please let us know if you have any Object caching on your server? if so, can you try to clear the object caching and see if it makes any difference?

In case the issue persists, kindly try to run a full plugin conflict test following this workflow: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Make sure to have a Full backup or take the test on a Staging website.
