[ask] front end Dashboard

is there any plugin or hacks to create a front end page for displaying dashboard for user?

i want my user to go a front end page to manage their posts, add post, and edit their profile. So they wouldn’t have to go to back end (wp-admin) to do those stuff.

hope someone could give me some good information
