Hi, no that is talking about the news keywords meta tag that goes in the actual post header, like <meta name=”news_keywords” content=”World Cup, Brazil 2014, Spain vs Netherlands, soccer, football”>

Keywords in the News Sitemap are still in the specs https://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap-news/0.9/sitemap-news.xsd
