Articles with more than one page

Hello,

thanks for the plugin. I have a request for making the plugin even better. I am sometimes using articles with more then one page. So I am writing a post and after that I split the post into several pages using the “next page” tag within WordPress.

Unfortunately those additional pages are not listed in the sitemap.xml. Is it somehow possible to list those pages in the sitemap as well instead of just page one of a post?

I hope you understand, what I mean… I do not want to add all those pages 2, 3, 4, 5 etc manually into the sitemap. This makes no sense when you are creating hundreds of those articles in time. I want this feature because I am using a cache plugin which uses the sitemap.xml to prime the cache. All those pages 2, 3, 4, 5 of an article don´t get automatically cached unless someone is visiting them… so this is an issue.
