Articles instead of pages

    Last week my client reported the following problem. The site (without any modification by anyone) started to display articles instead of pages I created (Bio, Discography, News, Contacts). I removed the articles because was annoying to me and now I get a message: “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”. I just want my pages back. They are visible in the “edit mode” and the content seems unchanged (in edit page)

    I think you delete Bio, Discography, News, Contacts post. this is not page.

    so that why you don’t see content. recreate post with same slug than it will be remove this message.

    Nope, no page is displayed… all the pages that exists are accessible in edit mode. I can add/remove content but when I’m in preview or in display mode the content is not of the page but articles. Now I’ve deleted all articles since no one is useful to me and because of that it now displays that message: “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us

    Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
