    Hello!

For some reason the arrows are showing up in the preview of all sliders, but however in the frontend the arrows aren’t showing up.

I’ve tried to uncheck the Base64 encoding, it didn’t worked out. I’ve been trying to check out the overflow:hidden code as well. But I didn’t found it to be fair.

I hope you can help me out with this issue, as at this point I have no clue why they aren’t showing up in the frontend.

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,
    Jonas

    Hi @theblogcompany

The problem seems to be that a 3rd party lazy loading plugin modifies our code and because of that, we can’t position the images correctly.

Most lazy loading plugins have options to exclude images which have a certain class. I suggest finding that option and entering “.n2-ow” (without quotes but with dot) to exclude the images made in Smart Slider 3.

If it doesn’t seem to help, can you tell me the name of the lazy loading plugin you’re using?

    Hey Ramona!

Amazing support! I added the class and it’s working right now.

Thanks a lot! This might be one of the best support I experienced! Many thanks!
