Does anyone have an idea how this person got their archives page?

I’ve seen a few different bloggers with this same archives format, and I think it might be a plugin but I’m not sure.

That’s using https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/clean-archives-reloaded but that’s an old plugin that may not work anymore.

I looked at the page source for the plugin and script name. Looks like it works OK; there are no Javascript errors.
