Archive = a second home page static

First of all, you should create a page and select the Home Page

Now you go to reading setting (Theme Dashboard >> settings >> Reading) and select A static page, now select home page in the homepage, select archives page in the Posts page, then save the settings by clicking on the save changes button. Do it
