Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
I have arcade basic, I didn’t think that was commercial and I was told to come here for support.

Image size:1800 x 1200 (which is recommended)
Select: Fittext
Adjust Arc: both of them
Mine are set at
500 and inner 700

Also make sure when viewing through your phone that you’ve selected to view the site (can’t remember what it says) but click on the other view option thats there.
