Arabic pages URL as ????

    Hi,
    I have translated all my site pages to arabic, but the arabic page url is showing ??? (question marks) and its redirected to the homepage, as there is no link with “???” pages.

    The wp-config has the UTF-8 settings “define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’)”, but why am I getting the URL incorrect, as I can see the hover url path to be correct.
