Approve a Reply to a Topic Before Displaying

You had a conversation with an IBM guy over a year ago about adding a facility whereby all replies to Topics have to be approved before they are displayed for public viewing. I usually close all my Categories/Forums so that an ordinary Subscriber cannot create new Topics. Only the administrator can create new Topics. Also, only logged in users can reply to the Topics within my Forum. This works really well, but with the limitation that when an ordinary subscriber replies to a Topic that reply is displayed immediately. I would like a facility where that reply has to be approved by a moderator or administrator before it is displayed. Without this facility ordinary subscribers can leave all sorts of nasty comments.
