AppPresser & WP Touch Pro not working together

    I am creating a WordPress app using AppPresser. The WP website I am using uses the WP Touch Pro plug-in for people viewing the website through mobile devices. When I have created the app and begin testing it on a mobile device it only runs the WP Touch Pro version of the website and not the AppPresser version.

    I know there is a section in WPtouch Pro 3.1 for putting URLs that prevent the plugin from loading however I place the AppPresser redirected site URL which has ?appp=1 at the end of it here and it has no effect.

    I also have ensured that the Enable AppPresser, WordPress Plugin is ticked and yet the WPtouch Pro version still manages to override AppPresser.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem?
