Appointments not showing

I am in love with the plug in. It gives me exactly what I need. However I am the only one who can see the appointments page through my admin wordpress access. To everyone else it looks like a plain page with 2 biographical info. I tried to embed some of the shortcodes into a page as well, it did not work either. Can you please help me fix the issue as I have pending clients waiting to make appointments.
